Accommodation to this new building consists of two large luxury apartments in Kloof Road, Bantry Bay.
This building consists of four levels and was completed in March 2011.
It was constructed over a 14 month period to the value of R 10m.
Edifice Consulting Engineers was responsible for all Structural & Civil Consulting Engineering aspects.
